Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
walked into the cardio room to warm up. empty. walked into the weight room. empty. for awhile at least.
Used hyphy mud, but dosed it less than last time. did like 9oz of mountain dew with like a heaping teaspoon of coffee.
squats. warmed up with a set of 5 with 135. then like 3 more with 165. and then loaded up to 200lbs. finally. the big 2 o o. 5x5. easy as fuck. had less of an issue getting outta sticking points than even 195lbs. awesome.
stiff leg deads. 145 today for 4x8, felt pretty easy, got the hamstrings working and grip strength was there.
leg press. did 4x10 with 115lbs each side. this def felt better than before. shows an increase in strength. no lower back issues when doing this either.
Seated calf raises 5x20 with 80lbs. not much to say about this but at this point i worked up a ridiculous sweat.
straight leg calf press and with 115lbs each side it felt even easier than just 100?!
leg extensions. improvements ehre too. did a set of just 25 each side for 12. then did the next 4x12 with 30 each side and that was easy with a minute rest. didnt even give me trouble with walking afterwards. probably do like 4-5x10 with 35s next time.
