Max effort Deadlift to start things off. I honestly think this was my first time doing this. I got 265. Was hoping to hit 300 but maybe next time. Took me about 15 minutes to get there.

10 rounds:
10x Burpees
10x Knees-to-Elbows
Hands kept slipping off the pull-up bar.

Finished up with 50x Decline Sit-ups. Was hoping to use the Roman Chair for these but they don't have one at this gym...
