Comments:
Perry coaching, 500 warmup, 25 kick, swim, builds, then main set 1X 400 on 6:10 (5:50), 2X 200 on 3:15 (3:55, 3:55), 4X 100 on 1:40 (1:27, 1:27,1:28, 1:27), 8X 50 on 0:50 (0:42s), 16X 25 alt ez, fast (completed 12 before time runs out). 50 yards were the toughest to hold. Used buoy, pulling behind Tom Arnold.
