Weather: good conditions

Comments:
2 mile warm up and a few strides, 20 min cool down. Let other people lead it for the first half of the race and it was a slow 4:57 (maybe an 80 in there) next mile was about the same, i took the lead somewhere in there, but was passed by luke irwin in the last kilomiter and ran 15:29, luke was just over 15:20. Can't complain with a seasonal best while doing base, and a good place to start for getting ready for the xc season
