today was tough. it was muggy/humid, scorching, I could feel the track through my shoes, my feet were on fire. so I set a 13 minute goal because it seemed reasonable at this stage, in this weather. also my preparations for it were a little lacking, 5 hours of sleep, 8 hour 4 in the morning shift, etc. so 13 minutes. aaron and kevin showed up at the track so I did a cool down with them.
