easy jog followed by a few stairs

Weather: rain, dodging T-Storms and indoors

Comments:
STA practice was altered by storms. After long warm up and some strength work in the gym we tentatively headed out for an ice loop and Close loop. Thunder sent us in after 14 minutes and we finished up with five or six stair sets up the Marriot Hall steps, mostly with Joey, Frankie and Jackson. Jog was slow, but stairs were aggressive, but not very taxing except for calves.
