Comments:
We tried to keep the BPM (we counted to 10 then multiplied by 6) under 162. We ran the loop to the T then down to Hillcrest and back to finish the loop twice. It was diffucult about 3/4 of the way through. My new shoes felt great! They provided lots of support. I had 4 or 5 glasses of water last night before bed and 3 this morning along with a bagel. The soreness let up after the warm-up then returned as I was getting into my car afterwards.
