Comments:
pretty tired and soar after yesterday. I think i ran a little too fast the way back up the hill yesterday but thats ok. i took it pretty easy today and went 5 to recover. thursdays are always a little rough, I am usually pretty tired by that part of the week but I am going to try and get some extra sleep one of these nights ... we'll see how that goes.
