Comments:
ran with wyatt in the morning. beautiful day out--almost chilly. ran in the new ravennas. my feet were pretty sore after yesterday's run, so i figured it's probably good to start the new shoes. good to finish off the first week of 70.

plans for the next week: 70 miles, 16 mile long run maybe saturday, 10k road race on thursday-- i'm thinking 5:30s is a decent goal pace. depends on how hot it is.
