easy 60 on the bike. had a really good lunch. trying to start eating more, I keep getting really cold and I figure it has something to do with my weight. Really tender spot on my foot, doesn't hurt to walk but putting on shoes is a problem? and it's kind of swollen. Weird. Arms sorta sore from my workout yesterday. Really looking forward to my tempo!!!
