after like 5mins of taking Unleashed, i was #TINGLAY as fuck. it was kind of ridiculous actually. i was tingling in areas that shouldnt be tingling.

Tried to take NO-xplode sparingly. just sipping on it, wont take the whole thing if i dont need it.

deadlift day. good thing i got pretty shitty sleep yesterday -_-
warmed up and loaded up 290lbs on the bar. didjust 3x5, cuz thats sufficient for strength and it'll leave me more in the tank for subsequent exercises. this went really well as i didnt need to use straps or a belt. i just gripped the bar tight as fuck. the only issues i was having was the start. but thats not exactly an issue as everyone's back tends to round a bit initially. at teh start of the 3rd set i got set up and gripped the bar and began hoisting but i dont think i moved ocrrectly so the bar didnt really move so i backed off and reset.

bent over bb rows. 180lbs for 3x8 this time. def felt like i had to use a lot more momentum/leg drive this time and it was tough to control the negative. but it wasnt too bad. ill stay with 180 for the next workout.

added in some triceps into this workout with dips. triceps are fresh so i can press a lot more weight. strapped on a 65lb dumbbell and dipped 3x8 without much trouble. then did a set of 25 reps ofjust bodyweight. solid.

pull ups. arms got sufficient rest by now. punched out 3x8 and it was much more smooth than last time.

skullcrushers did 3x10 with 50lbs with 1min-75s rest. got a good pump from this.

curls. 3x8 with 70lbs, felt much more power here. then like a 10-5 r/p with 50lbs. then a set of 8 of 35lb hammer curls, which was tougher than anticipated, and a set of like 10 with 30lbs.


forgot to do traps today since i didn't write that down but its ok since the firedrill alarm went off just as i was finished. if i was still working out then i dont think i woulda went anywhere.
