Comments:
Well, I wanted to do it on the track but I bitched out(?) idk if you could call doing a hillier course bitching out but anyway I did a 2 mile course with 2 giant hills and kept the same pace the entire way.
6:28 & 6:30- and I felt AMAZING. Literally did not struggle at all, just didn't know what I was capable of so I didn't push it. Now I know I am able to go a lot faster on these tempos.
