Gettin big

Wanted to max squat when I first got to the gym but someone was at the ONE squat rack so I went to max bench instead.

5x 135lb
3x 155lb
1x 175lb
1x 185lb
1x 195lb
1x 205lb
1x 215lb

New max!

The squat rack was now open so I warmed up with some air squats and then did:

5x 135lb
5x 155lb
1x 185lb
1x 205lb
1x 225lb

Once I finished 225 my right leg felt weird and started cramping a little. I decided not to keep going and do some lighter squats.

5 rounds:
5x squats (135lb)
10x Toes to bar

Rested a bit then did 100 burpees for time.
