Comments:
ran from the y to school then did the red loop. did 6 striders.
94,94,94,92,92,92,94,93- was pretty consistent but wish I'd held back a little more at first so that the last four could be faster.
did this with Ethan, he did 6 and was able to stay with me for them so he was motivating, felt really good doing this. cool down was the same as the warm up. was tired doing the cool down.
