Ran 2+ laps of Druid with Ceruzzi (from the usual starting point to the start of the rock wall). Felt really good, but ankles both felt really tight for the first 800 before the pain went away. might have Jim see what he can do. Tried to push the last mile to work on strength, but it ended up being roughly an even split.
