205 on the squat. felt much harder than 205 but still hit everything. had to bend over slightly more with more work done by the lower back. 5x5 successful
3x8 stiff leg deadlifts with 155. got some good stretch in the hamstrings
3x8 hacksquat w/ 45 each side. also tougher
5x20 with 85lbs seated calvs and then 3 plates for 5x20 with straight leg.
short log today. really late right now
