Comments:
Did ankle weights after elliptical, but only did 2 sets of all of the exercises, didn't want to go too hard on knees and everything. No discomfort during anything, IT band felt tired on some of leg lifts while on back, but nothing too bad. Rolled IT band on foam roller later, and stretched normal amount for hamstrings and quads-2-3 times today total. Did other stretching, and core later. Overall, still noticed that IT band was very tight and sore, only on right outer leg, there was no other pain whatsoever (like the pain I was having with patellar tendinitis under knee cap) but right IT band hurt a lot while going down and up stairs, and especially whiling trying to bend my leg (like doing a quad stretch, I couldn't bend it)
