Decided to try and run a little today since my foot has been feeling better.
Warmed up with a ~400m across the field and some drills.
For time:
Sprint across field and back (~400m)
21x Box jump (jumped onto two tires piled on each other)

Sprint across field
9x Box jump
Foot felt pretty good!
