at-ish run (i'm baaaaack)

Comments:
Okay today was actually amazing. I got like 2 hours of sleep, had 2 sips of coffee, and ran out the door expecting the worst run of my life. It was supposed to be moderate but I ended up doing an AT run because I felt good and it was unexpected. I was CRUISING at sub 7 pace like it was the easiest thing in the world. I'm still a little inconsistent on hills and it took me a mile or 2 to get into it.

pretty inconsistent I know but I felt awesome and was trying to control myself and not make it an at run, but by the end I was ready to go. If I feel like this every run, pretty soon my normal pace will back at the low 7:00's.
