Felt pretty good...my ankles have problems though. I have new ankle supports, but really hurt when take off. I can see this is going to be a battle. I reviewed my prior marathon training from 2010 and noted that I left 84 training miles on the table from Higdon's plan. The reason I hit the wall at 17? Probably that and running at 245 pounds. I should be 247 by the weekend so I obviously need to take weight off.
