dont have unrealistic expectations

did some hyphy mud today. didnt hit as hard but i did use less coffee.

175lbs on the bench. i was expecting to get at least 3 sets of 5. but i kinda failed onthe 4th rep in the first set. then did a set of 2 and then dropped the weight. kind of a failure of a workout. i should have just went for at least 3x3 to begin with. jason blaha. gotta be realistic cuz with near maximal loads, work capacity should drastically decrease with small increments in intensity.

100lbs for 5x5 on the overhead press. easy, good progression here. 115 in no time.

laterals. 5x8 with 30lbs. improvements steady with pwer etc.

i think 3x8 with 90lbs per side on the seated press.

dont remember much left of this workout since it was yesterday

i think with 175 i will try to progress using sets of 3s but doing high number of sets to ramp up volume and then progress to 180
