i think literally everyone i saw was training their chest or curling. no legs were trained today. one guy did some deadlifts at least.

I wanted to do tbars but they didnt have the apparatus set up, so i just ended up doing the bent over row. not like thats a setback or anything though. I was contemplating on whether or not i should progress to 185 on the bent over row. but i decided patience is key, so i did 180, but hit 4 sets of 10. i started off strong, heaving the weight easily and forcefully with power. it def slowed down after 2 sets but i think it was effective. next time i can go 3x8 with 185. i can now row more weight than i can bench. then a set of 12 with 135.
2 scoops of c4 was doing me well, i was energized, tinglay, confident and #alphaasfuck

lat pulldowns. kinda got the short end of the stick on this one. the fucking rubberized grip sucks, big ones. 160 felt harder than it should have. wanted 3x8 but had to rest pause on the 2nd 3rd set and even do a dropset when i know im capable of 3x8. cant wait to use the one back at veale.

one armed rows 4x10 with 60lbs, got pretty good activation on the lower lats. gotta keep the core tight, maintain intra-abdominal pressure.

curls. i thought 75 would be real tough. but i hit it hard and 3x8 was good. 4th set was a 65 to 55 dropset then a 55 to failure.
