lifetime today. woke up slightly later. and wasnt exactly in the mood to exert myself. so i took some c4. 4th preworkout of the week. damn. i gotta find someway to upregulate my receptors so i can keep taking preworkouts without becoming too tolerant.

210lbs on the squat today. it kinda messed me up that there was no mirror infront of the squat rack. i needed to see the bar placement and also my foot placement.so i just did my best. completed all 5x5 successfully. but i can def feel that 210 is starting to get tough. progress isnt moving at the same rate because i have progressed very quickly for the past few leg workouts. but its a good thing. def tried to keep the core tight, maintiaing high intra-abdominal pressuer. no belt. just raw. 4th set i wasnt standing in the center of the squat rack and ended up accidentally hitting the spot bar with the 45lb plate, which almost tipped the bar off the left shoulder. this was the first rep. i muttered "fuck" and kept going. finished the set.

5x10 hamstring curls with 115lbs. got a burn in the hams for sure. got up and it was tight and hard to walk.

leg press. oh boy 3 plates def felt easier than a month ago. i can increase the range of motion without hurting my lower back and press more forcefully. did like 2x12 then 2x10. my vision was blurred for awhile after that.

190lbs for 5x20 on the standing calf raise. i felt a lot of spinal loading. a belt coudl have helped here. but i managed to get the calfs pretty effectively.

leg extensions. i dont think i used enough weight since i wasnt exactly stumbling around after 5 sets. did 5x12 started at 85 then 100 then 115. 115 for the last 3 sets. but w/e, no big deal, just leg extensions.
