Took yesterday off, mostly because of the rain. My legs felt a little tired today, did a very easy workout. Really only pushing the heart rate the last 1.5 miles. This is suppose to be a very broad base building period so I need to feel comfortable running at the slower pace and not always trying to push PR's and shit!
