Felt progressively like complete crap I think I was dehydrated and also didn't eat enough today. Running on Little Bennett Trails so the firsts part was slow just getting to good surface. Half mile warm up and dynamic and static stretches. Splits 7:58 7:18 7:10 6:56 6:51 6:35 6:36. Swam a little bit for strength no core today, just too exhausted for whatever reason. (Note to self: Get new shoes ASAP you moron!)
