Comments:
The Big Stage! Ran a great time, terrible form and got my ass kicked by the national champ in my heat but with good hurdle form I am going to be set next year. Hit all of my goal splits first 3 laps slowed down after but not much. 6:11. Warmed up a lot (Between strides skips and the 2 or 3 separate runs probably half an hour 3.5 to 4) and cooled down 10 minutes so 1.5 ish miles
