Candlers!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Stayed at Dodson's then woke up and ran at candlers. Started at gravel lot above east and did dam to luge trail (lower dam is closed), up peak to peak, around a little of hortons loop then up valley view and to the monogram. At monogram did a little upper body circuit then back down monogram road, took peak to peak back to snowflex. At snowflex took the trail that goes up with the powerlines by the entrance which sucked, then panama back. Took the trail.back down to my car. Nice run, it had been too long.

circuit: 6 rounds of pushups, abs. #s were 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. Abs were situps, twist situps, leg lifts, cherry pickers, frog crunches, and 4count bicycle. Also knocked out 50 pushups at the car. Distance is estimate.
