Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
UA run at night to avoid the heat, went a bit quicker than initially intended. Did Keswick out and back from Uni west, and pounded every single hill since the last three runs were all slower. once I got down the long hill on the way back, I kept a steady ~6:00 pace back to the AC, where I had planned on doing strides, but decided to hold off on them since this was my first UA day. Effort was relatively easy to how I'd normally feel on a 6 quality run since I felt awesome all run - hydrated well today and I'm finally, finally getting some hill strength in my legs.
