Nice and easy. HIll after mile one of that loop is a bitch though. Come to think of it, so is the hill at 1.7, and the one at 2.5, and the one at 3.8, but I digress. Starting to feel better with each run. Need new shoes. I have just about quadrupled (mild exaggeration) my total training volume for last year's race in the span of about 2 weeks and feeling pretty good. Pretty sure I lost about 11 pounds in sweat today.
