Comments:
Ran with HP to the View. Hills were killing me but it's only my second day back. Quads and hammies are tight still but better than yesterday. I think if I keep these back to back 50+ minute runs up so soon after starting again I'll get injured. Shins hurting a bit, not sure if pain in my right knee is in my head. did core.
