Comments:
Ran with bauer and quinn in holland before team dinner. Apparently the first 2 miles were really slow even though i felt like we were running pretty decent, but i definitely picked up the next 2 on the way back. Calves have been feeling extremely tight. Doing my best to stretch and roll
