9. PROGRESSION RUN.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cloudy & humid, 65.

Comments:
Ran with lovelace and yoyo for the first two miles then ran alone for the least mile. Did a progression run with lovelace and picked it up every half mile. First two miles were alright then my breathing was getting crazy from the humidity and i literally couldnt breathe. Yeah it was difficult :( decent run, not the best.
Splits: 9:40, 4:37 (0.5), 4:33 (9.5), 4:30 (0.5), 5:00 (0.5) - last mile is guesstimated since lovelace had my watch. I was less than a minute behind them since i sawnthem at the stoplight.
extra: plank 1, myrtle, heel/toe walks, lunge.
