10. HILL WORKOUT.

Weather: 82, sunny & dry.

Comments:
ran with lovelace today and did the workout with her. the easy run was pretty good and so were the hill sprints, my shins were sore during the easy run but felt better during the workout session. but my breathing was crap after the hills. i started to breathe really hard especially during the strides. yeah.. but after the workout, my breathing got better. overall, better day than wednesday! :)

splits: 9:37, 00:08 (0.02), 3:49 (from mile marker to metra bridge), 1:16 (from metra to park), 3:24 (from park to FC).
4x8 sec hill sprints (45 meters), 2x80 meter strides at 400 pace.
extra: lunge, leg circuit 1, heel/toe, back routine.
