11. EASY RUN.

Weather: rainy, humid, 70s.

Comments:
once again, not a good run. went 3 with the girls [alicia, nastasya, grace, lovelace]. it was raining earlier in the run which felt good but once it started clearing up, the air felt so damn humid and my breathing went crazy on the last mile. i also cramped really bad .. but i hydrated hmm ... did 3 strides with the girls and after that i felt so lightheaded and dizzy. i took my iron pill this morning and ate a bagel so i don't know why i felt so nauceous. anyway, whatever..

splits: 9:36, 9:19, 9:06 (time is off).
extra: lunge, myrtle, plank 1, 2x20 crunches, 3x100 strides.
