Tempo run on treadmill

Comments:
Started two weeks of taper with a 6 mile tempo on treadmill at 10.6 setting (converts to roughly 5:54 miles av miles outside). Felt more comfortable than prior weeks but was still very challenging in last 1.5-2 miles. Heart rate started in low 170s and eventually ended up in the 181-182 range which is right where I'm supposed to be.
