Comments:
could feel the run last night. tried fueling up before the run but still hit the wall later in the run. dogging it into the finish just like yesterday. had to stop to massage my right shin about halfway through cause pain was building up there and it wasn't the muscle fatigue feeling I had in the middle of AA. Felt deeper. IDK going to start doing shin splint preventative stuff everyday. Not happy about it but I'd be even more unhappy if I get injured. Anyway really tried focusing on striking the ground the right way (you know, on my toes/balls of my feet) the second half.
