Comments:
I really didn't want to take yesterday off and it was looking like I wasn't going to be able to run again today. But I can't let a string of days with no runs ruin my mileage for the month. So I sneaked a run in during my lunch break. An easy 4.5 in the hot heat. this makes 6/8 days!
