got a guest joining this morning, MERKEL.

started off with deadlifts. after warming up, put 295lbs on the bar. 3x5. tough. first rep was always hard. but it was great the bar bent from the weight. didnt use straps or a belt. just raw. my callouses hurt and my CNS is completely depleted.

3x8 with 185lbs on the bent over row. shit was hard on my rotator cuffs after deads. but i rowed with power and it was good. good back activation.

4x8 with 160lbs on the lat pulldown. had to tell the little black kids to get outta my way so i can use the machine cuz they were just all over it and hanging on it. but i pulled with madd power, got essentially all 4x8. with a better grip this is def hell of a lot better than the shit at lifetime fitness.

curls, did 2x6 then 1x5 with 80lbs then my arms have had enough. wrists were hurting too.

good lift overall with good progressions. time to sleep and regenerate that CNS
