Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Warmed up with some inchworms, stretches, and 135lb deadlifts.

10x2
Deadlift @ 60% 1RM (175lb) on 1 minute
Felt pretty easy at first and felt good throughout.

EMOM for 12 minutes:
1x Power clean @ 115lb
5x burpees

Did a few overhead squats with the barbell afterwards to cool down.

Went outside to the pull-up bars.
5 rounds:
6x Pull-ups
6x pistol squats (3R/3L)

I have been reading the Naked Warrior by Pavel so I'm motivated to work on my pistols and one-arm pushups!
