Comments:
Didn't get up early enough in the morning, had to do the workout after work in the HEAT. Ran from work, 2 mile warmup. Met up with Martin, paced me for 15 minutes hard. First mile was 6:33, probably slowed down a little after but kept it under 6:40, so probably did about 2.25 or a little more. Felt hard though, and was hurting by the end. Slow 2 mile cool down
