Comments:
Didn't sleep well at all last night, still not feeling well. Took it slower than I usually would on a UA day but it ended up only being 3 seconds slower than the last UA run (2 weeks ago), route was also hillier this time. Felt easier this time too so that's a good sign. Did two miles easy after to get more mileage.
