Comments:
2x2 miles around druid with 2 minutes rest at threshold. Hit 10:43, 10:42. ended up feeling a bit harder than threshold, but my back and lower abs were predictably very sore from yesterday, and i'm rounding out 13 days straight running for the first time since january when i was fully healthy, so the effort's understandable. lungs started feeling the threshold burn with about 1200 left in the last mile, and legs were kind of cruising the whole time, just sore from lifts the entire time. all-in-all, happy to put in the work today. 6 turf strides and some jogging post-workout
