weird tempo thing
5:44 mile was not hard. but i didn't wanna push it and kill myself. so I just cooled down and didn't push my luck....
Had a bit of an epiphany though. My religion is running, my best friend is running. If I haven’t already done it, I am ready to give myself to this sport even more. . It has already broken me to piece but in the end, when all is said and done, it is all I have, even when I don’t have it at all. I'm ready to go harder. Seriously. I was so hesitant because of all of my stupid injuries. But I really have nothing to lose. I just have to make sure that I eat and take care of myself. I'll be smarter this time. But I want to be fast, despite all of my setbacks.
