Comments:
got straight lost for about 15mins in a neighborhood a few miles away across the street. Started out conservatively and picked it a bit cause I didn't want to crash like I did a few days ago.
4*150 strides kept them short cause my knees were acting up. This is getting ridiculous, if its not my shins its my knees, if its not my knees its my shins. The knee pain doesn't really bother me its the shin pain that bugs me cause I've never really had to deal with it. its like a bruise in this one spot that wont heal but you cant see it; it's just really tender on my shin. I don't think it's a stress fracture or reaction cause it would be a lot more painful. Right?
