Comments:
Second tempo of the summer. Solid run, not blazing fast by any stretch but I'm content with it. Reps were half a mile longer than last time (two weeks ago) and I also ran faster this time. Chris joined me and finished the first rep right behind me but was behind me the entirety of the second one. Hips were a little sore towards the end and I wish I had eaten a bit more after work but other than that no real problems. I couldn't really get an immediate feel for the pace so that's probably why the first mile was fastest and Chris was pushing it at the start as well.
