Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
did first 11 or so minutes on axis road to save some leg, then ran 7 or so on the roads, and took the trails to the beach. started out kinda slow and felt tired but once i got into it i felt better and was going a decent pace but nothing faster than a long run should be. started getting that exhausted long run feeling the last 10 mins or so but wasn't really too bad.
