Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
90 minutes. started with a small road loop then hit the trails for the rest. saw Rachel cannon and ran with her for about 10 min...that was fun. it was super warm but I felt pretty good...legs felt a bit heavy, probs bc I increased the weight of the leg press yesterday. Got into a good pace, did not kill myself till the end.
