Nice tempo run today, did two Dean Street loops. Mile splits were 6:55 (downhill), 7:02 (uphill), 6:51 (down), 6:52 (up). Felt great, honestly. Much better than the mile repeats last week. Good to know I can sustain 6:55 pace with a decent effort over four miles, leads me to believe I might have undershot my 5-mile race pace on 100on100 registration (said I could do 6:55s) but I doubt I undershot it by more than 10-15 sec/mile.
