After deload week, moving up to 180lbs on the bench press. wanted to go for sets of 3s, which was a good idea cuz i dont think i woulda been able to do sets of 5s. first 3 sets went thru pretty well, didn't need a spotter. set 4 had jay freezy spotting me. he had helped a little on the 2nd rep and a bit more on rep 3. but that was wierd cuz on set 5 i had another kid spot me, and i powered thru 2 reps with absolutely no help. and only needed help on rep 3. that shows how much of a mental game this is. the moment you have anything less than 100% belief that you can do it, you will fail. chest is actually sore right now.

OHP. 110lbs. getting close to those 35lb plates. did 5x4. this was rough on the core. my entire body was pretty much vibrating and shaking really hard to stabilize the weight. hit 5x4 successfully. set 2 i missed the rerack on the right side so like the plate weights fell off the bar lmao. i think i wanna stay w/ 110lbs next week and go for 5x5 before moving onto 115lbs.

lateral raises. 2x6 with 35lbs, reminds me of how 30s felt when i first startd using them. but it was def doable. then did 2x10 with 30s, jesus christ 30s felt so easy, weird. thats def a first

dips. used 2chainz cuz the freakin dip belt disappeared. i blame it on the little black kids from summer camp but they werent there today, hopefully camp is over. did 3x8 with that.

then did abs today! cuz its cutting season. 3x12 with 20lbs decline crunches. ill eventually build up the volume.


Took Animal Rage today. well. focus was pretty damn intense. def tunnel visioned during ht ebench press. energy was good too, i wasnt tired during the workout, and didnt mind abs at the end. there was on energy crash after the workout, but there was a mood crash. Animal Rage def gave me some mood swings as i was more irritable at lab later. this shit also tasted fucking terible. like i dont mind bad tasting stuff just slam it down but thsi shit is on par with Hemo Rage
