Comments:
ran with wala and grace today. felt good overall, but the heat really sucked. i was sweating balls sack. not bad of a run. we were going pretty quick on the first mile but i sped up even more on the back half .. :P my breathing wasn't too great but was okay, and my legs felt pretty good :) good run overall.

splits: 9:24, 1:15 (0.15 miles), 8:56.

extra: 4x100 strides, 40 squats, 4x15 crunches.
